Our hotel rooms are bright, fresh and airy combining the original features of an elegant Regency terrace house with modern day comfort. The hotel offers 4 double ensuite rooms with shower, 1 twin ensuite room with bath, 2 single ensuite rooms with WC and hand-basin, and 2 further bathrooms – one with shower and one with bath. Our double rooms are particularly good for families with two rooms adjoining within an outer lockable lobby.

Our modern ensuite bathrooms are all outstandingly clean with spotless bath/shower facilities, and soft white towels.
Our quality beds and crisp fresh linen ensure a comfortable and restful night's sleep.
Our little added extras in the rooms include tea and coffee making facilities with the choice of delicious fruit teas. Also TV, and individual heating controls for your own comfort, and Ironing facilities and hairdryers available on request.
Our continental breakfasts offer a range of healthy options and will set you up for the day, whether you're visiting Brighton for business or pleasure.
Our hotel lift is useful for heavy luggage, and helpful for disabled visitors who find lots of stairs difficult.
